Once you placed an order, you will receive an email for order confirmation with Payment Instructions. Once your payment received, we will send you a second email confirming your order is now in processing.
In case if we are not able to fulfill your order for some reason or there is a payment problem, then we will contact you.
Once your order/s is in processing it will likely be shipped within 24-48 hours. A shipment confirmation mail will be E-mailed to you accompanied with an order tracking number, order tracking links and how to contact us if you have any queries.
Incorrect or faulty product:
1ALL Care Pharmacy offers a replacement or refund if any products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect.
We are based offshore in India, and your local Customs treat your order as imported goods. Your order passes through Customs; there might be a delay while they process your order for customs formalities. We suggest you that always allow extra time and order ahead, so during this phase you are not inconvenienced. This delay can be just a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before they contact you.
Returns, Refunds & Changes to your Order :
When a customer places an order, an email is sent to them by 1ALL Care which confirms the order placed by the customer. There is another email that follows the confirmation mail and is likely to be received within 24 hours from placing the order. This email processes the order and shows that it will be dispatched shortly.
In case there is an issue regarding the payment, like a non-completion of the payment, an email is sent to the client addressing the same.
1ALL Care offer 100% payment refund or reshipment of the products ordered by you If for any reason your order does not reach you within a maximum of 28 working days. If for some reason, your order does not show up or is damaged in transit, we will ship you another package or issue you a full refund as per your request. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s import laws and customs regulations, a 100% payment refund will be issued. 1ALL Care in case of partial orders, charge according to the products received by the client. All the transactions that start from placing an order to you it reaching your doorsteps take around 20 to 30 days.
Reshipments of Lost orders:
Any order which is lost is reshipped or refunded by 1ALL Care . If there is a delay faced in receiving the order, it is important to report it to the customer care within 8 weeks from the day it is shipped to the customer. A refund or reshipment for the order lost is done as soon as it is reported. Any report that is made within 8 weeks will not be accepted or refunded.
Following conditions apply for replacing an order that is made to the 1ALL Care :
If the delivery of the product takes more than 7 days to what was mentioned in the shipping detail of the same.
The shipping date provided is correct
If the buyer places the order at the incorrect address, the order is charged for the replacement policy.
